Long-term happiness is based on honesty,productive work ,contriution,and self-esteem. Happiness is not an end,it is a process .It is a contribution process of honest ,productive work which makes a real contribution to others and makes you feel you are a useful ,worthy person .There is no use saying “some day when I achieves these goals ,when I get a car ,build a house and own my own business,then I will be really happy .”Life just does not work that day .If you wait for certain things to happiness and depend on external circumstances of life to make you happy ,you will always feel unfulfilled.There will always be something missing.

Rangitoto erupted out of the sea about 600 years ago, which must have been both spectacular and inconvenient for the Maori inhabitants of neighbouring Motutapu Island as ash falls buried their villages and preserved their footprints.

Der Berliner Fernsehturm hat es wahrlich nicht leicht. In m??ig unterhaltsamen TV-Produktionen wurde er schon Opfer von Tornados und Gro?feuern; w?hrend der Fussball-WM 2006 musste er gar als Magenta-farbener Fussball herhalten. Nun wird Berlins h?chstes Geb?ude für eine neue Marketing-Aktion verhüllt.

Wobei ?verhüllt“ doch eher übertrieben erscheint, denn es wird einfach eine Plane drübergestülpt, die sich vom Betongrau des Restes nur minimal abhebt. Die Berliner sind seit der Verhüllung des Reichstages 1995 durch Christo wirklich ganz anderes gewohnt.
